Aluminium profiles of various shapes are used for the structure of all 10DEKA products. The chemical treatment done in aluminium before the final powder coating finish protects it against corrosion and abrasion and guarantees a long lasting period of use.
All fabrics used , are specified for outdoor use.
- Textylene – A high performance PVC coated polyester core yarn from PHIFERTEX USA.
- Fabrics features – Composition 100% solution dyed Acrylic with light fastness 7/8. Stain and mildew resistance treatment. Good oil repellency. From TUVA TEXTIL SPAIN
- SILVERTEX – High performance vinyl ( artificial leather ) specially treated for outdoor use.
HPL compact – This is the material used for the table tops. It is a 12mm thick compact board tempered In high pressure, with a core made of phenolic resins and decorative surfaces impregnated with melamine resins.
